It's barf, not poo!
Use the included tweezers and magnifying glass to inspect the contents of an Owl pellet and uncover the mystery of an owl's meal.
Owl pellets are blackish clumps of fur and feathers that contain the undigested remains of the animals the owl consumed. Shortly after swallowing its prey whole, the fleshy parts of the prey are digested in the bird's stomach. The undigested parts, which include hair, feathers, bones, and teeth are compacted by strong stomach muscles into a pellet. The pellet is then regurgitated or coughed up from the bird's stomach.
Kit includes a bone identification chart, tweezers, magnifying glass, and TWO owl pelletS.
These Owl pellets have been heat sterilized.
